Gooseneck Kit

The stainless steel Gooseneck rivets to the lower mast section and provides a connection point for the boom and mast. The Gooseneck is a very reliable part unless there is a failure of the vang or the boom breaks. When either situation occurs, the gooseneck often breaks because of the shock load. Be sure to use Tef-Gel when installing this piece to avoid corrosion, which could lead to early mast failure.
